Communication Technolgy
These are all the inventions that I have created and some key Programs needed to make them
Use the Adobe Photoshop program, use it to make different types of layers, every picture should have a specific measurement. Ex; 24cm x 12cm (Front) 15cm x 11.6cm (Back). If you go higher than 24cm or 12cm or you are using different type of measurement like Inches, it will not get placed properly in the CD cover. The resolution must always be 300 pixels?inch for each cover, the color mode for the Front and Back Cover must be RGB color. You can customize your CD cover any way that you want your front cover to be. But you need to be familiar with Photoshop and all of your images and ideas original, don't take anything off the internet except for fonts or paint brushes.
Try to use a camera to take pictures of places in the public or yourself, but the camera has to be HD. Upload your picture onto your computer and drag it onto Photoshop, try to add a photo of yourself in each cover. In the Front Cover, you need to make it look interesting by adding the title of your album, your name and an interesting background, try to add buildings or anything that you might see in a usual CD Cover. (See my Front Cover above) For your Back Cover, you MUST include a barcode in front of a white background, a minimum of four logos, a song list your name flipped 90 degrees on its side and your title added beside your name. (See my Back Cover above)
After you finished customizing your CD Front & Back Cover, print it out using a paper with a Shiny Coated cover. Use photoshop again to make your lyrics, it should be 24cm x 12cm, there should be up to four lyrics of your chose placed on the lyrics cover. The lyrics had to be divided evenly and there had to be a creative background, the color mode must be grayscale. once you finish making your lyrics, print it out, cut it up and then use some rubber cement glue on the back of the front and stick it on lining it up properly. After that, use an old CD case that you won't be using and place your cover in. Remember to fold the Front Cover in half letting it close on the lyrics so that when you could take the Front Cover out, you could open it up and read the Lyrics. Place your Front Cover with the title facing foward, your back cover should have the flaps fold showing your name and title facing out the side of the case.
Finally, You should have your CD Case finished and ready to be use to diaplay your album.
